Our brewing philosophy is light on lofty lines. We just dig blending the craft of classic brewing with a little modern ingredient alchemy. The current crop of house-made beers includes the following:
GERMAN KÖLSCH | 5.3% ABV
Cool, fermented with a prominent Noble hop nose. Light, crisp, and thirst-quenching.
GERMAN PILSNER | 4.8% ABV
Brewed for the CLE summer. Crisp and clean with some malt sweetness and lots of Noble hops.
MULTI GRAIN SAISON | 5.7% ABV
Bright, peppery citrus with notes of bubble gum and sweet grains.
RASPBERRY SAISON | 6.2% ABV
Our summer saison is a beautiful red hue from our 160 pounds of raspberries bursting atop our house saison yeast.
AMERICAN PALE WHEAT | 5% ABV
Brewed for summer with a healthy dose of wheat and citra hops.
WHITE STOUT | 5.4% ABV
For all of you that drink with your eyes. A full bodied white oat ale with chocolate and coffee overtones. **contains nuts
AMERICAN PALE ALE | 6.2% ABV
Our S.M.A.S.H Pale Ale series allows us to showcase the bittering, flavoring and aromatic characteristics of different hops. The round we utilized Cascade hops, grown at Barntalk in Wadsworth, OH.
WINE BARREL AGED BIER DE MIEL | 5% ABV
We let the barrels sweet talk our favorite saisons, with a blend of wild yeast and bacteria.
SESSION IPA | 5% ABV
Brewed to have more than one, our session IPA features a low abv base blasted with copious amounts of Citra, Mosaic and Cascade hops.
AMERICAN IPA | 7.8% ABV
Brewed in collaboration with Breckenridge Brewery, we took a base of Golden Promise malt and added all processed hops – Cascade resin, and Citra and Simcoe lupulin powder, resulting in a super clean IPA.
AMERICAN IPA | 7.4% ABV
Hop heads rejoice: This one’s your nectar. Resinous, clean, and balanced – a drink-me IPA.
DOUBLE IPA | 10% ABV
A blatant abuse of hops brewed with a 4 pound per barrel blend of simcoie, mosaice and centennial hops, with candied hop juice.
BELGIAN AMBER | 6.3% ABV
Brewed for the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, our Belgian Amber boasts notes of caramel, dark sugar, and some dried fruits, fermented with our house saison strain.
AMERICAN STRONG | 6.7% ABV
Piney citrus with notes of caramel malt.
MILK STOUT | 6% ABV
Big notes of milk chocolate with a touch of caramel and roasted character.
Our house cocktails feature fusions of Brewhouse beers and a variety of house-made mixers.
