Our brewing philosophy is light on lofty lines. We just dig blending the craft of classic brewing with a little modern ingredient alchemy. The current crop of house-made beers includes the following:
GERMAN KÖLSCH | 5.3% ABV
Cool, fermented with a prominent Noble hop nose. Light, crisp, and thirst-quenching.
KELLER PILSNER | 5.0% ABV
Our crushable pilsner features European malts and Noble hops for notes of sweet grains, floral hops and a crisp finish.
MUNICH HELLES | 5.5% ABV
Brewed with all Ohio malt and European Noble Hops for a crisp, crushable, malt-driven lager.
MULTIGRAIN SAISON | 7.7% ABV
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at HiHo Brewing, featuring West Branch and Haus malts and our Saison yeast, for bright, tropical, peppery notes.
HOPPY AMERICAN PALE LAGER | 6.7% ABV
A brewer’s beer, brewed with Pilsner and Vienna malts, hopped with Simcoe and Cashmere for notes of resin-laden citrus.
KETTLE SOUR WITH GUAVA | 4.4% ABV
Darkness falls, seansons change. Don’t worry, our kettle sour with pink guava will bring you back to the warmth of summer. ***no growlers
GOLDEN LAGER WITH SPICES | 6.0% ABV
Brewed to commemorate the discovery of Lucy (A. Afarensis) for the Natural History Museum, with Pilsner and Munich malts, spiced with ginger, turmeric and cumin.
NEIPA | 6.9% ABV
Brewed with Ohio Pilsner malts, along with oats and wheat for a silky mouthfeel, and hopped with Cashmere, Citra, Galaxy and Simcoe for big tropical citrus and pineapple notes.
AMERICAN IPA | 7.6% ABV
Our house IPA with an ever rotating blend of citrusy and resinous Simcoe, Citra, Amarillo, and Centennial hops.
IMPERIAL IPA | 9.5% ABV
A blatant abuse of hops! Brewed with Ohio-grown malts and a boat load of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops.
WHITE STOUT | 5.4% ABV
For all of you that drink with your eyes, full bodied white oat ale with chocolate and coffee overtones. ***contains lactose
MILK STOUT | 6.0% ABV
We shake it up with a blend of chocolate roasted malts and lactose sugar for a silky-smooth, quaffable stout, with just enough sweetness. ***contains lactose
RED WINE BARREL AGED BLEND | 12.0% ABV
What happens when the tank runs dry? You improvise a 50/50 blend of Barleywine and Imperial Oatmeal Stout aged 12 months in a California cabernet barrel, for the best of both worlds. ***contains lactose
BOURBON-AGED AMERIAN BARLEYWINE | 13.1% ABV
After a 14 month rest in a blend of Tom’s Foolery bourbon barrels, the Barleyswine awakens full of vanilla, bourbon, caramel, and dark fruit notes. It’s sure to warm the soul!
