Butcher and the Brewer works diligently with local farmers to source “Good Meat.” Good Meat comes from animals that are pasture-raised and humanely treated without the use of antibiotics or hormones. This choice adds significantly to the cost of our operation; however, we feel strongly that the support of our local farmers and the well being of the animals far outweigh the additional expense.
