PUBLIC HOUSE MENU

Butcher and the Brewer works diligently with local farmers to source “Good Meat.” Good Meat comes from animals that are pasture raised and humanely treated without the use of antibiotics or hormones. This choice adds significantly to the cost of our operation, however we feel strongly that the support of our local farmers and the well being of the animals far out weigh the additional expense.
